How it all began

I created Vic's Kitchen over 4 years ago. Although British born and half bred, I originate from Cameroon and 4 years ago I got the calling to start making cooking sauces. All sauces have been prepared intuitively - what does this mean I hear you ask :-) Well every sauce I made I dreamt of. The journey has definitely enhanced my intuitive journey and now I own my own practice where I work with clients and help change lives and relieve people of pain. Apart from being hot:-) peppers are packed with antidioxidants, can assist in weight loss, some are high in vitamin c e.g. Red Peppers, good for the heart, help mitigate migraines, quells psoriais, in some cases reduces the risk of cancer amongst other benefits.
