A recipe of hot pepper sauce from scotch bonnet peppers Ingredients

 I.A spoonful of vegetable oil . (Use a teaspoon)

 II.About 15 pieces of scotch bonnet peppers,  Cleaned, sliced and without seeds.

 III.5 jalapeno peppers also washed clean and sliced

 IV.5 crushed garlic cloves

 V.A half full cup of onions.Minced

VI.A pinch of salt

 VII.Two spoonfuls of sugar. (teaspoon)

VIII.2 full cups of water

 IX. A quarter full cup of white vinegar


 I. In a saucepan, heat the vegetable oil and add onions, garlic, and peppers and allow them to cook under medium heat for about 5 minutes.

 II. Add water and keep stirring and allow them to cook for another twenty minutes. Put the fire out and let the sauce rest to cool.

 III. When the sauce is cool, put it in a blender and blend until you have a smooth puree.

 IV. Add vinegar and sugar and continue blending to mix.

 V .Store your sauce in the refrigerator
